(REPLY) to a message

 Enables the user to enter a reply to a message in the current conference.
 You must enter the message number to reply to.

 Subcommands
  # = Message number (between 1 and 16,777,216) to respond to.  To reply to
      multiple messages enter a message number followed by a  comma, a space
      and the next message number (e.g., 3252, 3523).
